We have been in operation for over 15 years and have successfully rented to literally 1000’s of tenants – and (touch wood), have never had to evict a tenant yet!
In fact, our tenant screening process is so effective and successful, that we knew that if we could offer it to independent landlords the benefits to them would be invaluable.

HOW DID WE GET HERE?
Our owners, being landlords themselves, realized that not all landlords wanted to or could afford to employ the full services of a rental agency – but could really still do with some professional assistance.
That’s why we created our TENANTCHECK product – we really have struggled to put into words just how much of a blessing this product is to an individual landlord – it really is as close to guarantee as you ever going to get.

TENANTCHECK is NOT all about using our fully automated, integrated digital platform and sophisticated algorithms to deliver to you a computer-generated solution….NO, we actually have real live humans! (Though we wouldn’t be being completely honest if we didn’t admit that we do use quite a bit of the above!)
Experienced rental experts who analyse the information and are available to explain our findings to you. They will send you a very easy to read, though extremely comprehensive report – or if you would prefer, they can call you to talk you through it.
